I hate to ask this but I can't identify an ignition source, competent or otherwise, in the area of origin. There was a cable from the satellite dish mounted to the underside of the sun deck. Is there a power source associated with the dish cable that could be a competent ignition source? There is nothing elctrical in the AoO and I'm 99% sure smoking materials weren't involved.
