Investigating Solid Fuel-Burning Appliance Fires
October 6-7, 2010
Folks loved our first solid fuel-burning appliance fires seminar so much we had to bring it back. Get in-the-lab training that addresses installation and user issues involving fireplaces, wood-burning stoves, pellet stoves and even gas-log fireplace sets. Join us as we explore case studies and take part in hands-on mock-ups of representative installations. If all goes as planned, observe a live insulation fire.

Investigation of Gas and Electric Appliance Fires
November 2-5, 2010
This four-day seminar, which has become “must training” for many public agencies and private firms, is spruced up and better than ever. Jack Sanderson, Fire Findings’ Editor, and Jim Finneran, a colleague and long-time presenter, provide you with in-the-lab analyses of failures and fires caused by gas and electric appliances. Lots of class discussion and dozens of informative demonstrations, too.
